Payment by credit card Orders are usually processed and shipped on the same day with a typical transit time of 5-7 days worldwide. We use the Royal Mail to deliver packages to our customers. Bibase Software sells its products direct. The cost is kept low with a significant proportion of funds used for further development. The products are not available through any other channels. To order by credit card or Paypal please go to the checkout page. The Checkout button takes you to a secure payment page operated by Worldpay Inc or Paypal. Other payment methods The Paypal payment system is able to accept a direct bank funded payment for those customers who do not wish to pay by credit card. UK Please remit a cheque to 'Bibase Software'. Dispatch is by recorded delivery Other Please remit a cheque in UK Pounds for the equivalent of the US dollar amount. The price is inclusive of air shipping to any location.  Program updates Bibase regularly updates it's programs. A list may be found here. Trial limitations To enable effective evaluation of our products the trial versions are identical to the full versions except for an inventory limit of 20 or 40 items. Please note that the trial versions do not have the memory allocation routines or index routines for beyond that quantity. Data conversion Need to convert the data from your existing system? Our programs will directly import data that is in text format (CSV). The suggested method is to use Microsoft Access to import the existing data file then select the export option to create the appropriate comma delimited text file that our program will import from the 'Utilities' menu item (Note the 4POSRENTAL product uses a unicode database and requires the text file format to be unicode). Bibase is glad to provide a complete conversion facility, please just email us for details. Hardware The programs are designed to work with most industry hardware including receipt printers, cash drawers, barcode readers and pole displays. The Configuration item on the Utilities menu allows hardware specific settings. |
